Continuous IAQ sensing and adaptive ventilation for residential environments.
Indoor air quality in residential buildings is rarely monitored and rarely meets the standards that occupants assume it does. Cooking emissions, construction off-gassing, humidity accumulation and inadequate fresh-air exchange are common in Indian homes, particularly in sealed, air-conditioned environments where natural ventilation is limited by design.
For developers of premium residential projects, these conditions have both occupant wellbeing implications and certification consequences. For individual homeowners, they represent a continuous exposure that fixed-schedule ventilation systems do not address.
Thirteen-parameter sensing including HCHO, CO₂, PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, TVOC, temperature and humidity. Wall-mounted at breathing zone height (110 to 150 cm). Pre-calibrated and operational from installation. Covers up to 3,000 sq ft per unit.
FLO2 FAIR brings in fresh air only when IAQ readings require it, avoiding the energy cost of continuous mechanical ventilation while ensuring thresholds are not breached.
In climates with favourable outdoor conditions, FLO2 uses ambient air to reduce AC compressor load. Documented energy savings of 12 to 18 percent in Chennai, 15 to 25 percent in Bangalore and 30 to 40 percent in Hyderabad.
AC and fan operation automated on the basis of real-time IAQ and thermal readings, reducing compressor hours without compromising comfort conditions.
Real-time air quality status accessible on any device. Colour-coded status indicators with historical trends and configurable alerts.
